Course Transfer Approval Form. (WORD) Please download and complete this form. Take the form along with course descriptions to the appropriate department chair to determine how the course(s) will transfer back to Otterbein. Once the courses have been approved, bring the form to CIEGE. if you want electives outside your major, CIEGE can approve these for transfer.
SYE Syllabus (PDF) Please download and print. Travel Waiver Form. (EXCEL) Please download and complete this form. Save it to your hard drive and then upload the form into your study abroad application. Travel-Leave Form (WORD) This form is used to inform the faculty leading a program abroad about an intended leave from the program.
